Apart from being punished with imprisonment or a fine, in the case of an offense under Schedule-4, where the plaintiff dies, is not at his home address, or is missing, and the deadline specified by the court has passed, the plaintiff has died, is not at his home address, or is missing. If the rightful person submits an application along with supporting documents to suspend the deadline within thirty-five days of the date, excluding the time limit of the road, the court may grant permission to suspend the expired deadline if the court deems it reasonable.
